- May 2010: The gates at Red Ledges are complete
- May 2010: Construction starts on The Mountain Villas Bridger Model
- June 2010: Red Ledges breaks ground on two tennis courts adjacent to the Golf Clubhouse
- April 2010: The stone work for entrance gates at Red Ledges is underway.
- March 2010: The Cottage located at 285 N Kings Peak Court home has been completed.
- March 2010: The home located at 3101 E Horse Mountain Circle has been completed and Red Ledges has their first full time residents.
- February 2010: The Heights at Red Ledges Torino model is on track to be open June 2010.
- February 2010: Equestrian Hay Barn is now complete.
- February 2010: The Cottage located at 245 N Kings Peak Court is under construction and is on track to be completed in May 2010.
- December 2009: Grand Opening of the Red Ledges Ski Club Lounge at the Goldener Hirsh.
- November/December 2009: Equestrian Center improvements underway including an additional tack building and hay storage facility.
- October 2009: Excavation completed for buildings and utilities in the future Red Ledges Village Center.
- September 2009: Final Acceptance of all Phase 1 and Phase 2 infrastructure by Heber City and Twin Creeks Special Service District.
- July 2009: Grand Opening of Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
- July 2009: Telephone, Cable TV and Internet services become available to the Red Ledges community.
- July 2009: The Golf Shop and Juniper Grill is completed in time for the official grand opening of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
- May 2009: Begin work on temporary golf clubhouse site.
- April 2009: Begin work on golf course bunkers.
- March 2009: Gas installation complete.
- Feb 2009: Cottage completed and open for tours.
- Jan 2009: Temporary Golf Maintenance Facility completed.
- December 2008: 80% complete on power and gas lines
- November 2008: Vertical construction on Provan and the Cottage
- November 2008: Landscaping begins along Center Street
- October 2008: Construct rock wall leading to Phase II
- October 2008: Street lights go in
- September 26, 2008: All seeding and sodding for the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course is complete.
- Sept 9, 2008: Norm Provan, owner at Red Ledges, breaks ground on the first custom home.
- August 31, 2008: All Phase 1 and Phase 2 roads and utilities are completed.
- July 18, 2008: Cottage Homes Model Groundbreaking
- June 1, 2008: Began Sod/Seeding of Jack Nicklaus Signature Course
- May 15, 2008: Cart path installation started.
- May 13, 2008: All water and sewer services stubbed to Phase I homesites.
- May 13, 2008: All utilities and water lines in place for first phase
- April 15, 2008: Golf irrigation pump station installed.
- April 1, 2008: Canal work completed throughout Red Ledges
- March 20, 2008: All Sewer piping complete
- March 15, 2008: 85% of Water and Sewer lines in place
- November 15, 2007: 16 holes graded and shaped on the Jack Nicklaus Signature course
- September 16, 2007: 14 holes of the Jack Nicklaus Signature course graded
- September 1, 2007: Architectural design of Golf Clubhouse approved
- June 18, 2007: Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course construction begins
- May 10, 2007: Preliminary Plan approval given by Heber City
- March 15, 2007: Master Plan and Annexation approval given by Heber City
